Elevate pad for drainage, include concrete footer in each hole and embed posts in the ground 3 1/2-5' deep. Add roof and wall framing as described below ensuring trusses are braced properly. Install siding, roofing, windows and doors per construction drawings.

Step by Step

1. Elevate building pad 3' beyond footprint for drainage.
2. Inset corner posts 1 1/2" to provide room for wall girts.
3. Nailed treated uplift cleats to bottom of post.
4. Embed corner posts with temporary bracing.
5. Embed remaining posts bracing as you go.
6. Establish grade by marking posts using a laser level.
7. Nail skirt board to post with skirt bottom at grade.
8. Mark building wall height on sidewall posts.
9. Fasten truss supports.Extend supports 1 1/2" beyond corner posts to support endwall trusses.
10. Fasten wall girts per building plan
11. Fasten opening headers per building plan
12. Mark purlin locations on top chord of trusses per plan
13. Mark lateral bracing locations on bottom chord of trusses per plan
14. Mark ridge purlin location to fit ridge cap
15. Fasten stub posts to truss supports per plan
16. Fasten trusses to posts & stub posts.
17. Install lateral bracing, sway bracing, purlins per plan
18. Install blocking or fascia board (if overhang) to end of truss tails
19. Fasten eave trim
20. Install metal roofing
21. Fasten gable trim
22. Install ridge cap
23. Fasten rat guard to skirt board
24. Fasten overhang trim to truss support (if overhang)
25. Fasten soffit and angle trim (if overhang)
26. Install siding
27. Install wall corner trim.
