Pole Barns
Pole barn kits are available for do-it-yourself pole barn erection. Evaluating the quality of components is only the beginning to completing a successful purchase. Here are some factors to consider:
- Quality of Materials
- Warranty on Individual Components
- Metal or post frame
- Snow load & roof type
- Pole embedment depth (soil type & site slope)
- customization cost
- Delivery cost
- Reputation of supplier
All pole barn kits come with plans that may or may not be exactly what you need.
Local zoning restrictions, insurance, soil type, and site slope can impact the components that should be included in a kit for pole barns.
Pole barn construction, including pole embedment depth, pole length, and hardware can change based upon weather and even zoning requirements.
